"Excellent staff, good sized rooms, very good choices at breakfast, some of the decor in the bathroom needed seeing to, for example hole in ceiling tile and cracked tiles on the wall. We had a sofa in the adjoining room which looked very tired and had seen better days, but overall the room was good."

"The location could not have been any better. We crossed the street and had the most beautiful architecture to look at and enjoy cathedrals an open market that you wouldn't believe restaurants shops bars, just across the street from the wonderful hotel. They serve an amazing breakfast starting off with coffee latte you"

"We had a superior room. They let us check in early which is a bonus point already. Hotel appears new or recently refurbished and we loved the decor throughout. Rooms were clean, and very effective Aircon. Bathroom was a good size and well equipped. The bar was very nice and we were in there every day. Fantastic hotel!"

"We want to appreciate the great service provided by the staff at the hotel. Special shoutout to Lili who was at the restaurant. She was super helpful in providing us vegetarian alternatives and was kind enough to even fit in some more options to be made to suit our vegetarian palette. The reception staff was also extremely helpful with super checkin/checkout experience. They were also kind enough to provide us breakfast alternatives on days when we had to leave earlier than the scheduled breakfast time."
