"Very good service. At the reception we found Zenka (I hope it’s her correct name) very kind and friendly receptionist. She explained us where places to visit and how to get there. Even she allowed us to check in a bit earlier. The room spotless and confortable. Good value money I will stay again if I visit Valencia one more time."

"The owner/ contact person was friendly and followed up after we checked in. At check in we only detected some stained pillow covers which were promptly replaced. The stains, we were told, were the cleaners attempts at deodorising the room and bed for non smokers...so they spray right on the pillow covers?! Don't think so. In essence, the location is good, the neighbourhood safe, the noise in the late evening to about 3 to 4am on Sat and Sun mornings, unbearable and very difficult to get an...
