"Very noisy at night past midnight."

"The hotel is nice and modern and in a great location, there were a couple of issues, the first being that the fire alarm went off at 5am and the emergency stairs at the bottom of the fire escape did not deploy leaving everyone trapped in the fire escape! This meant we had to go back inside the building in order to leave thank goodness it was only a false alarm! The other issue is the pool, this was our main reason for booking the hotel but they didn’t have nearly enough sunbeds, we were there...

"Due to the news and information from numerous sources, we knew the severe wildfires were spreading near that region and causing many difficulties. Even the local authorities declared an emergency and were advising people to be safe and take precautions. However, the hotel maintained there were no issues there, which is a total denial of the situation there. We just don't understand why they would take that attitude. We like that area and wanted visit it in future after all this settles down,...

"The water is sticky (I don't know how else to describe it), the gym is tiny, the breakfast is lackluster, the front desk receptionist was incredibly pretentious upon check-in and talked down to me and my family. The room is also very strange in design. There is no sliding door for the bathroom to prevent someone coming into the room from seeing whoever may be in the bathroom. "1. The staff changed the access code and did not let us know. We were waiting until someone opened the door. When we asked them, staff just said they recently changed it. No explanation or apologies... 2. Room AC worked great 👍. Comfortable beds and pillows. 3. The shower in room 102 does not drain propertly. You have to stop the water in between each part of the shower to let it drain. The drain makes a really loud sound as well. 4. The room had plenty of space. The bathroom not so much."

"It is a nice cadual place. Issues: 1. No response by the hotel via the Expedia chat. 2. Not sufficient parking space. 3. The blanket was dirty but waa changed promptly."
