"The hotel was beyond excellent, the staff was courteous and very helpful , the rooms have comfortable rustic charm. We loved staying here. I would recommend staying here for your Zermatt experience. Breakfast was delicious, the spa was amazing."

"I've never stayed at a 4* hotel so I might be oblivious to things that others consider "normal", but damn that was a nice room! One of the best breakfasts I've had at a hotel, great shower, spacy room, and air conditioned (seemed to be a luxury in Switzerland, maybe I'm just cheap). The hotel is also close to downtown and is 1 min away walk to an amazing view of the Matterhorn. I was also pleasantly surprised by an included can ride to the train station at checkout.

"This is a solid 3 star hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is slopeside with ski in/out. Ski rental on site is a plus. However, rooms are basic and mine had no closet. There is an additional daily charge per person for pool and spa use."

"Close to train. Nice amenities and fabulous breakfast. We had a balcony with a view- just be aware that night time noise from the lively town can be heard from the front facing balcony. Wonderful stay."

"We have been to different places and different hotels but this hotel really touched us! From the pickup at the station to our last breakfast, the service provided was just amazing. If you are planning to stay here. Include the dinner, you will be amazed with a 5 course dinner😍.
