Cari Hotel di Valais

"Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast had a lot of selections and everything was fresh."

"That was beautiful and great vacations staying at Beusit Zermatt with excellent heartfelt service!"

"Excellent customer service 100% resourceful"

"We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. We were only there one night, unfortunately, but really enjoyed the excellent room they provided us. Most of all was the greeting staff and the bartender ‘hanging’ out with us and sharing with us about them and the area. We did not have dinner at the hotel, but the breakfast was amazing. Even for a one-night visit, this was good choice for us. A warm and friendly environment."

"非常に便利な立地にあり清潔感もありました。冷蔵庫は部屋にありませんが、下の階の大きな共同冷蔵庫で十分でした。"

"The hotel was only a few minutes walk from the train station but they also had a shuttle that could pick you up from the train station. The staff was friendly and the room was nice with a great view of the Matterhorn. The spa facilities were very fantastic and was a great way to unwind at the end of the day. The only issue we had was they were renovating the room next to us, so the construction noise was quite loud in the afternoon when we checked in. We just spent the afternoon in the spa area...

"Excellent"

"The location was in heart of the city"

"First class in every respect."

"10/10 stay. Cannot recommend this place enough. The staff were so helpful and diligent with any request we had. They made this the highlight of our trip."

"Have no regret to booked myself a solo trip for 2 nights in this marvellous hotel. Great front desk staffs at welcoming. Room is clean and comfortable with nice Mountain View. Perfect location with less than 150m from the train station and surrounded with lots of shops. Hotel facilities (gym, swimming pool, sauna, steam room) are great especially on the rainy which I could not do much activities out door. Well, if the opening time for these facilities can be extended till 10pm, will be better....

"スタッフの方が親切で、食事もおいしかったです。"

"マウンテンビューの部屋からは、朝焼けのマッターホルンを見る事ができ、大変素晴らしい経験を得ることができました。 駅からも近く、ツェルマットの街中や、ハイキングへもアクセスが良く、拠点として宿泊するには、最高の場所でした。 大変お世話になり、ありがとうございました。"

"Great breakfast, soft beds, and large room. Worn carpet. Right off the main shopping street."

"Endroit merveilleux et silencieux. Personnel juste incroyable, à l'ecoute et tres aimable. Le restaurant est très bien. Je recommande vivement cet établissement."

"Access to the spa for our stay was really nice. I wish the hot tub was actually hot though. The mattress in our room was hard as a rock, so we'd wake up sore every morning. The shower in our room was also kind of gross, with some unidentifiable black sludge in the seams. The view from our room was brilliant though!"
