"Eine tolle Unterkunft vor den Toren von München. Das Hotel bietet ein tolles Ambiente und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Zimmer sind stylisch und es ist alles da was man braucht. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Dachterrasse mit Blick über München. Bei gutem Wetter konnten wir sogar die Alpen sehen. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. "We had a very nice stay at the Maritim hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful, the breakfast was excellent and the hotel was in a convenient location, if a little bit seedy. Our housekeeping on the fourth floor was not that great. Coffee packets never replenished over the three days and pajamas left under the bedcovers. "

"The hotel is in a great location and has great air conditioning which is a pretty big deal when it’s 90 degrees in Munich in May! Some of the staff were wonderful, some less so. Room was clean and bathroom large. Breakfast very nice. One elevator was down due to construction - totally get it but we mostly had to use the stairs because it would take too long to arrive or elevators full. Just an inconvenience. Overall good stay and we would recommend."

"I was disappointed with my room on the 1st level. The carpet was very dirty and appeared that it was not vacuumed prior to my arrival. The sofa also appeared dirty and old. Thankfully, I was solo travelling and didn’t have to use the sofa pull out bed. I would recommend that Holiday Inn remove their carpet entirely."

"Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und hat eine gute Ausstattung, leider keine Klimaanlage. Das Personal ist super nett und sehr serviceorientiert. Sie setzen alles daran, die Wünsche der Gäste zu erfüllen, damit diese sich wohlfühlen. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, besonders hervorzuheben ist der Kaffee. "Really nice modern clean hotel. Room was clean. My two sons and I had a room with dual bunks. Perfect for us. The shower and toilet conveniently adjacent in the room. Staff spoke English very well and were all helpful (both reception and the restaurant staff). The best feature of this stay was the incredible buffer breakfast complete with eggs, meats, cereals, yogurts, multiple coffee machines and breads and more.
