"Lovely hotel, did not offer dinner and coffee was only available when the bar was open. The food at the twin towers centre was basic and not good. Great restaurants along the esplanade.

"Check in and parking was easy. Room was clean and close to all ammenities. However reprimanding of children running amock was sadly lacking. Staff should have spoken to the parents, and not the children themselves."

"Beautiful location, and a lovely hotel. We had an issue with our room and the staff were amazing at getting it sorted asap and we got a little treat for the inconvenience - great customer service. "
