"Room as immaculately clean. Steam shower was amazing. A little annoyed about the A/C, it turns off when you leave the room, so it didn’t stay cool in our room when we were gonna all day. Spa access was a lil confusing, it wasn’t use as you wish, you had to reserve a slot in a 3hr window which was at dinner time. This resulted in us only using the spa once. "Travelled to Florence for my wifes 50th birthday. To make it special, i wanted to make sure the hotel was right. The hotel did not disappoint - immaculately clean, staff very helpful and chevk in easy. Beautiful room which had a view of the city. Breakfast was equally of a high standard with a great variety of options available. Staff again, were extremely attentive. We booked a 50 min slot in the spa - very n8ce after travelling. Only complaint here is the hot tub could have been hotter!...

Fantastic coffee/takeaway food shop nearby frequented by friendly locals, plus supermarket and more than one excellent restaurant. Easy walk to buses & town.
