"Great Staff: starting at the entrance, Yassin, who goes above and beyond to make your stay extremely comfortable. His positive attitude and positive energy are just contagious. He welcomed us right away, took my luggages and even walked me to the front desk section to help with the check in and even the check out. He gave me suggestions of activities inside the hotel and who to contact if I have questions. He introduced you me to the hotel management staff when I had further questions. He was very professional. Also front desk team ( Rania, Khaled, and the intern as well « stagiaire ») were all very friendly and professional. They made the check in and check out very smooth. Heni the door man was amazing as well. Going to restaurants, great food selection, very clean and the waitresses were very friendly (Yamen, Mohamed). The hotel has tons of activities during the day and during the evening, but you can still enjoy some quiet time through the day. Rooms were very clean. Outstanding experience overall and looking forward to next vacation ! I highly recommend this hotel. "

"- The food is not bad it requires more options/variaty. - Under the bed is not clean in the room. - The room’s furniture is quite old. - The bath towels aren’t available on time. - The electricity shots down at least once a day. - The water flow is very low during peak time. - Overall the hotel needs renovation. "Tout était parfait ! Un seul point c’est la cuisine en piscine avec notamment un burger en piscine avec un steak surgelé qui n’a rien à faire dans ce type d’établissement. Beaucoup d’aliments sont sourcés localement et les restaurants le soir sont très bien donc on etait très déçu de la qualité de la cuisine coté plage et piscine. En dehors de cela le cadre est parfait, le personnel est tres attentionné, le service en chambre qui passe deux fois par jour. Le lit est fait et préparé pour qu’on peut s’y glisser le soir, le calme et la propreté "

However, there were long hairs on the floor and in the bathtub, but that’s secondary compared to the impeccable quality of service. The breakfast was varied and generous. "This stop was one of many for my honey moon trip. The overall experience was amazing. Not because it's as luxurious as the Four Seasons (it's not) but because the staff was able to quickly adapt to challenges and come up with a quick solution. Keep in mind that if you act like a self entitled ********** dont expect the staff to try their best with a smile. You need to treat them like human beings such as you. Don't think that because your European or Asian or any ethnicity that you are more cultivated and know better. Overall the facilities were nice. The beach was nice and the huge outdoor pool as well. Regarding the food, the breakfast buffet was amazing, great selection of sweet and salty but if you show up 20 minutes before the end don't expect to find all the great selection althought there is still a lot of amazing stuff towards the end too. The downside is the food for lunch and dinner for the restaurants. They have Asian, Italian and local food but it's quite average. I didnt even bother trying Italian or Asian food. On a positive note the Turquoise restaurant near the pool has some good things until 5pm (the pizza is so-so). The cocktails could have a little more alcohol in them, I found them a little weak in that regard (the pink lady is pretty good and refreshing). Overall it was a great relaxing experience. The staff is fantastic. Shoutout to the front desk lady bosses Malika and Fathima who know how to take care of everything."
