Cari Hotel di Tunis Governorate

"We booked a room with a pool or beach view, but they gave us an one with a garden view. The hotel is relaxing, but the service is slow. The check in was very slow"

"excellent elegant hotel in a fantastic location overlooking city and sea. Fantastic clean rooms and staff service, minutes walk from the main town centre with spectacular views over the marina just near by. I highly recommend it. Take a room with a balcony and marvel at the sea view surrounded by lush trees. Great breakfast too brough to your room. I would definitely go back again. I felt somewhat regal"

"Excellent en tous points"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Dar El Jeld. The hotel is beautifully renovated, with wonderful facilities, and we truly appreciated our spacious room and the amenities. That said, we did run into some service issues with the front desk. We repeatedly sent messages about laundry, and a change to our pickup time, but didn’t receive acknowledgement until we phoned. We also asked to change a spa appointment time. Initially, we were told it couldn’t be done, and after pressing, a call was made, but we...

We ordered room service, and although the meal was good, multiple cockroaches began emerging around the mirrors. This was disgusting and completely unacceptable. The suite had two televisions, but only one worked. The 2nd remote had no batteries, and the bathroom's combined shampoo and body wash dispenser...

"Everything was great"

"This hotel was fantastic, and the service was exceptional. The Maitre-D was so helpful and kind. Everyone couldn't do enough for you. My sister and I can't wait to come back here again. A lovely 5-star hotel with a beautiful pool, delicious restaurants, and the best employees you could ask for."

"Lovely place, lovely people! The rooms were beautiful, and the owners were friendly and very helpful."

"Nous avons eu un peu de mal à trouver l'entrée du parking de l'hotel car nous sommes arrivées par l'Est et c'est de l'autre coté d'une avenue. Mais ensuite aucun problème. La décoration à notre étage était constituée de mosaiques modernes représentant certaines mosaiques du Bardo, sympa. L'hotel est normalement non fumeur, mais la chambre sentait légèrement la cigarette."
