"Overall stayed was good. Good food. Restaurants booking has to be done way ahead of the time ( 10 days) Before the check out we had to get our luggage inside of the room and we were locked outside ( the bracelets didn't work) We had to call security to unlock and almost lost the transport to airport. "

"We stayed in August 2024 for my birthday. This was our 5th or 6th trip and unfortunately we will probably not return. Resort has stopped focusing on couples and has starting promoting large groups to book rooms. The resort isn't set up for this. Dining is delayed, staff is stressed (not enough of them to serve large groups plus other guests), more buffets than before, loud groups partying until late into the night/morning takes away from the chill, relaxing, quiet vibe the resort used to...

"Jan was the best. He made sure he told me everything I needed to know about my stay. Including any extra things from Expedia. And Edgar was also great as a host and made our dinner for my sister personable and it made her feel special on her birthday. Thank you Jan. Thank you staff.
