Cari Hotel di Tulum

"Didn’t really like the food much"

"Out of all the all inclusive we’ve stayed at, this is on the top of our list now. Food was great and had many variety. The staff was genuinely kind and diligent in their work."

"Had a great time at this property. Staff was awesome. Always helpful and super nice. Food was nothing that blew us away but it was good. About the same as the other resorts we have visited in the past. Our room was spacious and always cool. ACAT building. I think the beach was lacking. It was not our favorite."

"El hotel más porqueria de mexico yo llore como no tienen idea y explicacion lo más que me decepciono jamás buscaron la manera de hacerme sentir bien y tener opciones"

"Will def come back"

"First time we went in 2023 and everything was great. We decided to come back hoping to have the same experience but to our surprise its under construction. Half of the property we were not able to use, including their main pool with bar. Nothing was announced about it being under construction, if we would of know we would save our money for a different time. We were the only ones uncomfortable with the situation. When we mention it at check out the girl just rolled her eyes at us. They used to...

"Couldn't close the door to the balconies from outside and there are lots of racoons that would come by the try to get in, which limited our time we could spend outside without having to constantly watch our door. Right when we got to our room there were dishes sitting on the stairs, they were there for three days before anyone picked them up. Staff was friendly. It was nice being away from technology!"

"Food was great, and it's sparkling clean."

"Older property, high pitch squeal in our room every 5 minutes from the water lines. Food was not good."

"The rooms were very clean, the staff were very cordial, the breakfast buffet was very good with lots of choices. We were glad the air conditioning was working because it was very hot."

"Super clean and cozy"
