"Resort is a lot of fun and coba is solid even though you don’t have access to the rest of the property without spending more on a bracelet. Room was solid but they didn’t have a king bed so they offered to push our two small beds together (which didn’t happen so we did it ourselves). The mini fridge in the room also wasn’t working so coming back to the room was underwhelming from not having cold drinks in our area.

"Our experience at Dreams Resort Tulum was extremely disappointing. At checkout, the resort added a $200 charge for what they claimed were “bodily fluids” on the sheets, when in reality, it was simply makeup. When we questioned the charge, we were threatened with involving the authorities if we didn’t pay.
We were traveling with a large group, and several of us were hit with the same $200 fee for various questionable reasons, which felt unfair and excessive.

"Not quite ready for prime time. We had premium rooms and thus the special check in and concierge. Difficult to communicate with over email prior to arrival and no better in person. One day the gym was FILTHY! No towels, no water, no wipes, HOT. No one had checked in for hours. Concierge seemed confused about issue. Making dinner reservations with her was painful. "This was such a lovely resort. It had amenities for families and singles. The varieties of pools was lovely. The evening entertainment was fun. The buffet was great- changing most evenings but always have a great Mexican part. Our group loved the food truck and all the snacks it offered during the day and late evening. "The staff Israel and Fernando we exemplary as front desk and very knowledgeable of the resort and their staff ! Our 30th anniversary was spectacular because of them upgrading us when room was available the last 3 days with a private pool, wine and chocolate covered strawberries was the best touch and the banner! We enjoyed the resort , beach, staff , activities, the weather was perfect low humidity which was a plus to our vacation ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
