"This is our 4th and best time at Dreams Tulum. The preferred club was well worth every penny. Manuel was incredible from the check in where we were whisked into a private lounge where we could eat and drink while checking in, no waiting. We wanted a quieter room and were able to move even thought the hotel was sold out, thank you Manuel and Victoria.
