"Every room from the lobby to our suite smelled like a different shade of feet and cheese. The bathroom door was being held together with scotch tape. Mold on the sink. Didn't feel comfortable staying, honestly don't know how this building hasn't been condemned."

"Pool was cold was told at end of stay that they have been having issues with the heater on the pool stay would have been more enjoyable if we were able to take more advantage of the pool that was the man reason for our stay breakfast really good and manager on duty the day of check out was really nice "

"All rooms are on ground floor, with windows facing parking. The bathroom window did not lock at all - mechanism was broken and screen ripped. The window in the main (sleeping) room had a single lock. The towels had brown stains on them. The bed was reasonably comfortable but the pillows (only 3 for a king bed) were small and squashed. "

"The bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Nice updated room. The walls are a bit thin, but it is a historic building, so I expected it. Fantastic stay and I highly recommend!"

"On second evening, we were both locked out of the room. Staff informed me next day, if key card near other cards (in our possession) it becomes demagnetized. Neither one of us had our key cards near other cards...i.e. in our wallets. I DO NOT appreciate paying $250.00 for a room I'm locked out of!"

"Moat disgusting hotel ever. Literally a trap house. Disgusting and dirty. Never seen anything like it. No lights in building other than room. Dirty with food and trash all over the place. Mold in the showers and room. I literally slept in my truck with my doors locked. This hotel should be taken off hotels.com and the cops should clear it out."

"The room was definitely neglected, bugs that were dead in plain sight and not picked up, room service never cleaned any messes, not to mention they just walk in without knocking, just made the beds and took care of the trash can, not the actual trash that was put aside for them, also found a coke baggy in between the couch cushions of the pullout couch, the power also went out, after talking to the manager about what had happened, he said “well what do you want me to do about it?” So then I had...
