"Nice room with courteous staff"

"The deposit was $400 which is way more than a 5 star or luxury hotel. Very disappointing. Also the customer service was very slow you had to ring the bell but it took over 5 minutes for someone to let me in to the front desk. The cleanliness was great and no complaints about the room. Everything else was a no for me. "

"We are a party of 4 and booked 2 rooms One was at the south tower and the other was on the north tower . We were not informed at reception and only find out later. I think we were don’t even have a chance to say no. The towers are far apart"

"We don’t appreciate the housekeeping staff knocking on our door twice in the morning to check if they can clean the room. This was before 11am both times. 11 am is check out time. Shouldn’t she wait until we leave? We come to the hotel to relax and not to be woken up by loud sounds. Otherwise everything else was good.’"

"We loved our stay at the vittoria hotel. Rooms (2 queen standard city view) were very spacious for our family of 4. Rooms were up to date. It is in clifton hill across from the speedway race track. Indoor Pool and hot tub (in basement)were in great condition with lots of towels available and a beautiful mural of the falls on the wall. Only complaint was breakfast wasnt included and offsite parking lot was in a secluded area (but had LOTS of cameras). We would recommend. We were lucky in that the...

"Sadly I didnt stay at the Wyndham Grand Fallsview as I walked out extremely disappointed with the view of a hotel carpark and not the wonderful experience to my Canada holiday overloaking Niagara falls. The reception staff , I think it may have been the office manager Paul. was very helpful and professional and offered a full refund and I booked elsewhere for good views of the falls all credit to her for that "

"Our view was exactly what we wanted! Wasn't to happy when we went into room opened fridge there was melted ice cream in there. And bathroom was not like the picture it was small"

"Terrible place. The property was poorly maintained, and on the night of our check-in, there was no water or electricity. This made our stay extremely inconvenient and disappointing. I would not recommend staying here until these issues are addressed."

"I don’t recommend this Hotel, the rooms are not as clean as it seems on the photos and they charge an overpriced amount of parking for only a night. Never again."

"Very close walk to shops, restaurants and Clifton hill. Staff was friendly. Overall the room was spacious and basic amenities is there. But one thing is wish the bedding can be more cleaned."

"We were very surprised to find out that we had to pay to park & it was not included in the price of the room. It was $45 Canadian dollars to park the car in addition to the motel accommodations. We were not happy about that. It should have told us that on the website. Everything else was very nice."

"We booked this hotel for a quick stay. We have stayed at many of the hotels in the area including properties by the falls, but this was our first time at this hotel. The location is great - walking distance to many attractions and restaurants but it smelled, looked and felt old. The room was okay, but everything was very dated and basic. Cleanliness was questionable so I didn’t feel very comfortable but if you’re only staying 1-2 nights it is okay."

"Nice place"

"We were here just after March Break for 2 nighta. The rates were lower and it was wonderfully quiet! Our kids (4&6), loved the Waterpark. We ordered Boston Pizza for the kids for dinner and walked through the hotel to pick up. We (adults) ordered door dash and enjoyed it on our outside patio. We were at ground level around the very back of the hotel and it was beautiful and quiet, with open grass areas. My only negatives about our stay was that the kids playground equipment was blocked off...
