"The deposit was $400 which is way more than a 5 star or luxury hotel. Very disappointing. Also the customer service was very slow you had to ring the bell but it took over 5 minutes for someone to let me in to the front desk. The cleanliness was great and no complaints about the room. Everything else was a no for me. "

"Parking offsite but well organized with shuttle. Rooms smaller than in online picture. Very small window tucked away in corner of room so no real view. "

"The motel was very clean. My only complaint is that the room faces into the courtyard were people are walking by and i had to keep the blackout drapes shut and the room was very dark. "

"Like: - area - close to clifton and fallsview waterpark - included breakfast - pool hours until 10pm was nice Dislike: - rotten smell on the 3rd floor corridors and by elevator. - cleanliness in the room especially washroom. - damaged toilet. Wont flush properly. Had to hold it harder and longer to be flushed properly Over all nice place to go with family however updates/renos are surely needed in some areas. "
