Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Nice view of the lake. Penny checked us in and had some great recommendations for local restaurants. A microwave would have been a plus for leftovers and hot drinks but not a big deal.

Wonderful helpful front desk and restaurant staff. The chef , Dennis was great - gave us advice on wineries, places around the lake for lunch. Unfortunately the pool was closed for the season but the fire pit was great. Live jazz Music on the patio was a treat

Fall 2025 Trip to Lake Seneca

Awesome place along Lake Seneca. Ate at Sapalta our first night-Great dinner, muffins in the morning. We stayed in Yurt #1, very cool, I might suggest an electric fireplace for the cold morning, just had a space heater.

Great setting right on the lake. Super friendly and helpful staff. Room was spartan but clean and had everything needed. If you want super roomy and fancy this probably isn’t the best fit for you. But if you’re about a clean simple and picturesque place to stay this is it.
