"Upon arrival at the home it presented just as depicted in the pictures!! Stayed with my two children and they LOVED it as much as me. The property felt serene, cozy, and comfortable. Very roomy and warm. Whenever I communicated with owner, she was very responsive. Will definitely be coming back!! Extremely happy with the accommodations. "Ideally located in Sodus Bay. Short walk to Lake Ontario, historical sites, fishing charters, shopping & dining. Well maintained and abundant rooms made stay enjoyable. "

"Pubes in the sink. A/C blowing out heat, then the thermostat actually fell out of it. A dead room phone, shower/water handle came off, ice cube tray looked like an ash tray. Fridge & microwave from 1978. Restaurant is no longer on site. Homeless, sketchy looking people living there. The school bus actually picks up their kids there. No pool. No ice machine and it smells like wet dogs & dope! We will NOT be going back. Waste of money!!!! Didnt bother with the "breakfast" didnt want to risk it....

"Very easy rental. Our host was available as needed, but we were free to come and go as we pleased. It’s out a ways from town, which for us was ideal. Highly recommend this property."

"The owners and property managers of this location are awful. We booked this property through Expedia and received a note from the management company less than 24 hours before our stay was to begin saying that our reservation was canceled because the owners were using the property. My understanding is that they tried to reach out to us via email when we booked the house nine months ago, however the house remained booked to us in Expedia creating a very confusing situation that the property...

"Quiet and family friendly. Few rowdy campers but nothing too crazy. Fishing was great! The oldest (7 years old) caught his biggest fish ever, a 20-21 inch bowfin!"

"This is a very nice double-wide unit in an RV park. We had only reserved it for 1 night as it was 15 minutes from the Sterling Renaissance Festival. Very clean with two queen beds and two bathrooms. Full kitchen and in-house laundry. Lots of room for everyone. "
