We enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfortable, but the pull out bed is not. The breakfast was nice. It is a great place to stay while touring history sites in Palmyra. This was our second stay. It was rainy and muddy outside, so the carpets get dirty, but it seems like more could be done to keep the carpet vacuumed.

The staff is very friendly. My first room had chunks of hair in the shower, bathroom floor, and a used towel hanging. I went to the desk and they gave me a new room which the refrigerator didn’t have shelves, no tissues, towels and wash clothes had black stains on them. The window sill had dead bugs. Overall I wouldn’t recommend unless you’re desperate. Not clean whatsoever.

The location was perfect for our needs.It is obviously not a new building, but it was well kept except they did not pay close attention to drywall finishes around the electric outlets, light switches, etc. and the carpet/rug in the lobby /stairs needs attention.
