"The breakfast really was lacking--only various forms of sugar and white flour. However, the room was clean, comfortable. The bed was nice, and there were several places to sit. "

"Hotel felt old and outdated. Didn’t feel welcoming. We had called before we made the reservation to ensure that they had an airport shuttle, and the gentleman told us the hours and said no problem. Upon arrival, the agent was very irritated that we hadn’t made arrangements ahead of time. Would not stay here again."

"Had to switch rooms but no issues doing so. Air was building controlled so it wasnt turned on only heat. Staff was amazing. Amenities were basically unavailable during remodeling, which had no effect of stay."

"Room was clean and in good condition. Some furniture was a bit dated but serviceable. I have stayed there a few times & it is my go-to place in the Syracuse area. Sems a bit understaffed but I can deal with that."

"I stayed in a renovated unit which I appreciated. Everything was clean and in its own place. My only issue was the roach that came out at night. The property is technically near some woods and they’re renovating the property so the roach could’ve came from a multitude of places. I only saw one so I killed it. And I was only in the hotel for less than 10 hours due to a really early flight in the morning. But front desk was super nice, I slept really well, and everything was clean as far as I...
