"Surface of the tv stand and desk were sticky. Breakfast lady was not to pleasant , would allow me to make my own waffle, idk maybe was because the waffle machine was broken. Set up is to complicated and people don’t know where to go."

"The staff is rude, never smiles, not helpful in any way. One employee even mention know one cares here. He was the only one that helped out because front desk employees are just on there phones. "Relatively new property - very clean and spacious. The room was utilitarian - kitchenette, bathroom, small eating area. No seating area other than a single chair, so the bed was the default for seating. Bed was comfortable and the large television was nice. The room was too light at night - needed room darkening drapes, and there was no way to turn off (or down) the bathroom's automatic light. Check in was delayed as there were no staff available for about 10 minutes. Location worked well...

"We did not stay. The room was very gross. Bedding was stained, there were hairs in the bed on the sheets, the door was broken and we did not feel safe. The outside of the toilet was dirty. We immediately left."

Most of the staff was friendly, but one of them always seemed confused and when I asked for anything, she looked at me with a puzzled look on her face.
