Room was comfortable , there were a few issues which were attended to promptly. Breakfast was very good with excellent range and choice for different palletes. Location was central. The greatest asset to any establishment is its staff - Novotel Chennai excels in that! Wonderful rooms, fantastic food & a crew of professional, pleasant & cheerful set of employees - from the security personnel, bell boys, front desk, room service to the restaurant staff! Absolutely loved it!

Firstly the staff were efficient in their duties, cheerful , helpful. Speedy check in after a long journey. The swimming pool superb and also surroundings of the pool . Room was super spacious to move about. The spa massage truly worth it. My favourite hotel location close to shopping centres and airport too.
