"The staff was so nice and professional.The breakfast had everything you could want. Hot options fresh made omlettes plus breads fruit and yougart. The rooms are basic but clean, and very comfy beds. You can tell the property is loved and maintained even though it is older. The location is walkable to many restaurants and to downtown. It felt safe. I would stay here again. Good value. "

Property isn't really walking distance to much, I was told by a few Uber drivers (unprompted) that the area was not safe to walk around during the day and especially not at night. Uber ride into downtown is typically $15-45 depending on time/day, surge pricing is def in effect during prime weekend hours. Concierge is strictly via the app and it was fairly quick and responsive. Having a laundry W&D in the unit was amazing, def a luxury compared to your standard...
