"The condo was beautiful, stocked with everything we needed and very clean."

"Everything was great! We had the best time. The only thing id say and its not a complaint just a suggestion. The outdoor Waterpark should remain open past 7pm. That's early for people on vacation, especially if they have other things planned through that day! Otherwise, no complaints about the hotel, staff, or cleanliness. The firefly restaurant is junk and not worth the money just an FYI"

"Lovely stay in a beautiful area with a beautiful city view. Staff was very kind, specifically the bartender with red hair, I didn't catch her name, but she was fantastic. I only give 4 stars because the room itself was clearly not maintained well. The coffee pot when we arrived did not work (which they did offer to fix), the door on the dresser covering the fridge was loose so when you would open it to access the fridge, it would drop down a bit and you’d have to lift it to to close it back....

"We visited with our 3 year old grandson, he had a blast. He wasn't tall enough to ride the big slides, but he loved all the smaller slides and splash pad. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel was very clean. We constantly saw employees cleaning everywhere, vending, ice machines, mopping floors and they have very large clean restrooms. "A very convenient location with lots of eateries of all price levels nearby Our room was comfortable, clean & roomy with a small sectional couch on which to watch TV. Breakfast buffet was larger than most with hot and cold items good for adults & children (though, as it was CMA Fest weekend, small kids were scarce). "We enjoyed our stay, the accommodations were great. However, the one bed in our room was very used and bowed in the middle, making sleep very uncomfortable. It was very noisy there due to all of the young children running around all hours. Stonehill Lodge is great if you have really young children. The water play there closes at 6pm. The staff were all amazing though. If I choose to stay at Wilderness again in the future, I will definitely choose to stay in the other Lodge, so my kids can go to...
