"The hotel is large but poorly structured. There is only one entrance and one elevator bank. If your room is on the opposite side of the elevators, it can be quite a hike. The rooms are small.
The massage was great, but there were no saunas or steam rooms.
The pool was the perfect temperature and I loved the "lazy river" feature, but it is too small for that many guets."

"We had a condo overlooking the creek and with a view of the mountains. It was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed drinking coffee on the balcony in the mornings and evenings. The in-room fireplace was also a romantic touch. The location is excellent if you like peace and nature, but still being only a block away from the main strip of restaurants and activities. RiverStone is also very close to Dollywood and Dolly's Stampede theater. We found it well worth the cost and will be back next time...

"I was greeted by two lovely ladies who helped me check in. I was just stopping by to check the premises out since I was WAY early for check in (11:30 AM) and my room was already ready and she let me check in! I was given a gift with 2 waters, apples, and few pieces of candy. The room is EXACTLY as online. I loved the mountain vibe with decor and looked to be recently renovated, clean and roomy. The pool was big and refreshing, and the free breakfast was a slight step up from the typical hotel...

"The property is located somewhat away from the main streets. You are not able to walk to any of the local businesses.
Our suite was in dire need of renovations. The carpet had soiled spots, seam ripping, and was old. The chair was old faded and soft. The kitchen cabinets need handles on them, the finish is worn from people using their hands to open them.
On a good note, I liked the shower, the water was always hot and a powerful stream."
