Mercure Budapest City Center Hotel

8/10 Good

"Hotel bien situado, buen bufet. Pero el personal de recepción no devuelve el saludo. Solo son simpáticos con el check-in y el check-out (cuando hay que pagar)"

Park Plaza Budapest

8/10 Good

"We had a problem with the room on check in which was in the end resolved fairly well but we did initially get a somewhat aggressive response from one of the staff members making it our issue, which was corrected through her manager later. Overall the room was nice with a fantastic view and the breakfast buffet was varied and tasty, with quick service. Great location, although you can tell this hotel needs maintenance and repairs."
