"I’ve booked 4 rooms and was given the old wing after I’ve asked the reception for the newer rooms she told me that the hotel was full. I beg to differ as during breakfast, there was so little people. Old wing rooms were dilapidated and water in the shower alternated between hot and cold even after adjustment. I’ve booked this hotel before 2 years ago and was impressed with the newer rooms which I was allocated. Overall, a disappointing stay for me and my guests this time. In future,...
