"Pool was very nice. No elevator if on second floor and rooms did not mask sound well so late and early it was hard to sleep. Hotel was clean, central to town and very friendly staff!"

My daughter and husband's room along with our two young grandchildren room had mold in the bathroom, fire alarm dangling from the ceiling, and furniture damaged. There was blood on the sheets and the comforter. When contacting the person in charge, they said they would be coming to the room. They also needed more towels so went to the desk. "The hotel’s location is really unfortunate-right by an onramp to the highway. The car noise was incredibly loud in the room -deafeningly so. Within 1 hour of our arrival I called down to ask if there were other, quieter rooms. Rather than tell me there weren’t, the person at the front desk said I had been in the room too long to change it. I said that shouldn’t matter, and then she said there weren’t no alternative rooms. I doubt she was being truthful. I wouldn’t stay there again!"

"Spent two nights for a show at Blossom. Chose the hotel for it being close to the venue and we are happy we did! Staff was kind and courteous. Comfortable bed, nice water pressure. Cute with a balcony that overlooked a wooded area with birds singing. Will definitely return on our next trip to Blossom!"

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was spotless. Didn't get to use the pool but it appeared to also be spotless. Noise level was minimal. My only mild inconvenience was that the air conditioner is a bit noisy and it does kick on and off VERY frequently which was a little annoying, but I don't think that's anyone's fault! "

"The room was clean and nice. However in the breakfast area - the carpet was already quite stained and this is a newer hotel. Kind of gross. The front desk person was rude I felt. I went to check out and I was getting late for an appointment. The person was on the phone was laser focused on the call and did not ever look at me. Several minutes go by and still didnt acknowledge me or look at me. Finally I said " I have to go and pointed to the room key I layed on the desk. Her eyes flicked...

"There were 2 people in front of us to check in at 3 and no one at the desk. I found someone cleaning a room to ask for help. The sheers in our room were ripped. The furniture (around the fridge looked chewed and no maintenance of the grounds."

"The location was perfect. I needed a late checkout and they were very accommodating. We ate lunch at the restaurant and it was delicious. The menu had many tasty options, it was hard to decide. As usual, the cookie was perfect!"
