"Loved the experience here! I bring my dogs along on trips (it's there first time living also) and this hotel was EXTREMELY dog friendly and the staff was all lovely with them including giving treat, toys and poo bags. They also treated us humans really well everyone we encountered was incredibly nice and accommodating. Corbin checked us in, Nikolai served us great drinks and convos, every valet was superb. "The location is great! Beautiful keystone lake with paddle boards and restaurants. Hiking and biking trails right there. Shuttle to River Run is very convenient. Dog friendly rooms and common areas very nice. Staff exceptional so friendly and helpful. The building and rooms need updating it’s an aged facility that needs some TLC! Although spacious and comfortable needs paint, trim and new furniture badly!"

"Everyone working at the property was very welcoming and eager to answer questions and give suggestions. Property was beautiful and well-appointed. I didnt like being put next to the pool (Im a single) because children were literally screaming and yelling at the top of their lungs all day and into the evening. Parents did nothing. That was the only downside of my stay. Everything else was top-notch. Loved covered and secure parking and shuttle services too."
