"Parking with a truck and snowmobile trailer was horrible. I called the hotel in advance before booking and asked about parking. I was told they have bus and truck.trailer parking on site. This was NOT true! The lot is small and there were 10 abandoned cars also taking up spots making matters worse. If the person would have tols the truth I would never have stayed here! "Unfortunately, our stay at the Hyatt Place in Keystone was a complete bust!!
The main reason we booked was the beautiful hot tub with the mountain views, the restaurant on site and the proximity to A Basin.
The hot tub was closed. But thankfully, they had a second one that was literally in the parking garage. Ground floor, no view, smells of exhaust as you would expect in a parking garage.
