"Its the first time I have used the hotel, and I cant fault anything about it, I was greeted by Ryan who explained everything to me, explained regarding the parking booking in.
He advised that there is a complimentary breakfast and where it was located, and that there is a website I could use for possible discounted stays, I did explain I use the Expedia app and that also offers discount.
The only minor issue I had was my room wasn't bright enough for me, I like more lights for when I work,...

"On first arriving was a bit disappointed with initial outlook but this was a wee surprise. Staff on checking in were very nice gave us directions to free parking at back of the hotel. Room was very clean and tidy bathroom was clean but for safety could do with a handle to get in and out of the shower maybe a nonslip mat in the bath and a bath mat to step out. The bar was well stocked and fairly reasonable priced, entertainment on Saturday was great amazing singer. Food at breakfast was good but...

"Our room was in the annexe. Some of the walls were dirty, and the inside of drawers had not been cleaned. The washroom was spacious with a large shower. The restaurant was incredibly understaffed and very busy, making it hard to believe that bar staff have to deal with both the bar and reception after 6 pm."
