"One night stay for a concert at the ovo Hydro , room very clean, bed comfortable . A few steps away from central station for train to Exhibition centre. Wetherspoons next door . Would stay again"

"I really like this hotel. Ease of check in and checkout and the use of an ipad to control all aspects of the room, temperature, lights, blinds, curtains and media. Room is clean and efficient. Bed is comfortable with wonderful bedding. Only negatives i could say is there was a bit of a musty smell in the bathroom/shower area and there should be a drinking glass in the room. I will definitely stay there again. Convenient to Buchanan Bus Station and Buchanan Galleries and Sauchiehall Street....

"We booked the accommodation for four nights and checked out after just one night. The room was of a very small size, comparable to a shoebox, with inadequate ventilation and lacking essential amenities such as a phone and iron. Upon requesting a room upgrade to a larger unit, we were informed that a change would be arranged by the morning. However, the morning staff denied the request immediately upon arrival. Due to the unsatisfactory service and conditions, we chose to check out early....
