"best night sleep! nice food and great massage / SPA"

"Modernised rooms, great spa and golf facilities. Plenty of space. Room servicing required attention. We stayed 3 nights and the room wasn’t serviced on any day noting we paid the same for each day we expected the room to look and feel clean each day. Dirty Coffee cups and glasses were left and whilst towels were replaced once (which was fine) the servicing lacked attention to detail. "

"Check in was quick and easy. I had booked a twin room but on arrival we only had 1 small cup, and 1 pillow on each bed, we were supplied with extras once I went to reception. When making tea we discovered we only had supplies for one each so went without before departure. Room was shabby with broken furniture but beds were comfortable and we had a good night sleep"

"Huge car park, free on weekends. Easy check-in. We arrived really late which wasn’t our plan & no longer serving food but Courtney (I think) was really helpful, grabbed us some plates & cutlery & pointed us in the direction of takeaway food. Room, lovely the bath was a huge bonus. Bed huge & comfy. Stayed at Coventry Village a couple months ago which was also great. Would definitely recommend & stay again."

"We wanted somewhere to stay the night ready to go to the airport early hours in the morning and this hotel was ideal. We was only there for about 12 hours, just somewhere to eat and rest our heads until we had to set off to the airport around 4am. I wish we had longer here. Everything about the hotel was perfect I definitely will be booking again and stay for a few days. "

"Thought this hotel was great value for money. Had everything i needed for a good night's sleep. Fridge in the room was a bonus but also coffee making facilities tv, wifi, electricity points were all good. Room and shower room were clean All staff at reception and elsewhere were courteous, knowledge and helpful. Woukd recommend as a budget hotel at a great price (I onky paid £43 for a Saturday night)"
