"Hotwl is in a great location. Some parts a bit tired but clean apart from rubbish in done spa lockers. Breakfast was really nice. Main issue was that 'everything is extra'. Cqr parkng, WiFi, use of pool and spa. In the end though that worked well because we had the pool and gym pretty much to ourselves. Lovely deep tissue massage!"

"beautiful surroundings. nice looking areas within the hotel. didnt see the spa, fully booked even though I was staying for 2 nights. as a result, I went out and ate and spent time elsewhere but was a very nice hotel. good value for money"

"This stunning hotel is in a prime location to access beautiful restaurants, bars, opera house & gardens. The spa was great, most enjoyable. All staff were helpful & very friendly. Beautifully decorated rooms & a great selection at breakfast. Will definitely return. "

"The room was big and comfortable and the shower was very powerful which was nice. Reception staff were friendly. Breakfast was fine. Air conditioning worked really well but made an annoying noise. Had a message before I checked in suggesting I download an app. I used this app to book a table for dinner but when we checked in they didn't have the booking, and it turned out it had booked me a table at a different hotel in another part of the country. "It was Good the bath is nice and the bed is so comfortable to sleep :) "

"All was great, but I must say that the breakfast was not made that good. But it was a nice stay, and I would probably go here again. The dinner was OK, I had fish and chips. The fish was a bit overcooked, and the chips were good on the outside but dry on the inside. With slightly better food, this would be 5 stars for the price"

"Great location and friendly staff, but the building needs serious updates. The hotel is in an excellent location, the breakfast was good, everything was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the building itself is very dated and in desperate need of renovation. It feels quite run-down and worn out, which detracts from the overall experience."
