"Overall everything was great."

"We have gone several times during the last few years and unfortunately it is showing cuts and decline that we were not expecting. The rooms are not as clean as they used to be, they also changed the bathroom products to a lesser quality one. They also served complementary American coffee early in the morning now they charge you as if you were buying from Starbucks. The rentals of the beach amenities also went up. In general, they have increased their prices and declined in services."

"Staff was great and pleasantly surprised how good the breakfast was. The hotel is well maintained but has definitely been around a bit."

"The room was very outdated. We experienced roaches in the room. The balcony door was very hard to close, and it did not lock. The lavatory sink in the outside of the bathroom was very damaged around the sides. We paid for an "Ocean View" but we could barely see the ocean through a gap in the trees. Not hardly worth the extra money. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and the parking was easy."

"Immaculate!! Such a pleasure to walk into a beautiful, spacious, clean accommodation. The kitchen had pots, pans, dishes for 4, plenty of glassware & utensils needed. The pool is very nice with a children's pool & a separate hot tub area. Outdoor billiards table, ping pong & cornhole. We will definitely stay here again."

"Originally I was assigned to a pet friendly floor and the smell to cleaning products was uncomfortable. I was relocated to a new room. There all was excellent."

"I honestly do not know what to say except for do not ever go here unless you want to know what its like to be discriminated againt because of skin color. I made a late night reservation on expedia or so I thought. Upon arrival the extremely rude employee stated to me that unless my name was on piece of paper on window she cant help me, I insisted I just made one online and that if I had reservation # then..... she cuts me off and states she cant sell me something that doesnt exist that the rooms...
