"Great facility. Friendly staff. Room was just perfect. Deluxe Studio. Fair price for location. Food “on site” was great. Could sit on porch and watch the waves. We’ll be back. "

"Great find! We stumbled into onto place after we had to change hotels on short notice. Rooms are well laid out and recently renovated. Comfortable beds, very clean, had plenty of towels and coffee supplies and everything we needed. Super friendly staff. Several dining options, nice pool, beach access, lovely outdoor areas, plenty of parking. We were given late checkout free of charge. Highly recommend. We will go back."

"LOVED our stay! From the time we checked in staff were delightful and helpful. Right on the she of the beach, we could see the ocean from our beautifully decorated serene room. Delicious breakfast served in two courses. Yummy cookies available all day. Highly recommend this quaint B&B!"

"The room was very nice as was the Inn location - between the Indian River and Atlantic Ocean. The staff was excellent, breakfast very good.
This is one of the rare occasions however where I would love to comment on the owners. We met Dean when we arrived. What a funny, super nice guy from arrival to departure. Incredibly nice, hard working .
His wife Patricia was simply incredible. I'll leave her with that - simply incredible!"
