"The property grounds are a bit outdated and the vibes were a bit quiet for my liking.However, the rooms were a pleasant surprise as they appear to be renovated. The property caters to an older more laid back crowd. The buffets are quite bland and offer the same choices day in and day out. It was clean though and could be perfect if you enjoy a more relaxing vacation."

"I visited Jade Mountain Resort to celebrate my sister’s birthday, and we had an amazing time. The staff was wonderful—they gave us a tour of the property and decorated our room with balloons, making the celebration even more special. The view of the Pitons was breathtaking, and I would definitely stay here again."

"It was great! My only complaint is we booked the penthouse suite and there were a total of 105 and 5 stairs to get to our suite! it was exhausting! Oh and I did not like the cats on site. Other than that, beautiful place. I don't recommend booking a ride with the hotel.....the prices were ridiculous!!"

"Just left the Royalton and won’t be back. The property was nice, but the service was lacking. Waited over an hour for our food at dinner continually. Was ignored when trying to get drinks at the bar. There were 4 of us and we all were treated the same way. The room would be cleaned and dirty towels taken, but we would never get clean towels. It was a hassle to keep asking for them. Also, the rooms didn’t have water for 2 days. Nothing was said by resort nor apologized for the inconvenience....

"My time at BodyHoliday was simply exceptional. The resort sits in a stunning private cove and the overall setting is simply beautiful. The staff were amazing and the range of sports on offer was world-class. I played beach volleyball, tried archery, a keelboat and paddle boarding to name but a few. Food was excellent and spa treatments were very welcome after a long day. The Wellness Cafe and TAO were of particular note. Everything exceeded my expectations and I’ve already told the manager...

The Staff specially "Elouise" was attentive , warm and friendly. The hotel's unique character offered a much more personal experience than a typical large one."

"The property itself was very clean. The room was very spacious.. I would say out of all the staff there were only two that were happy to be working. Our first day we got there we went to the bar and it was only like 4 o’clock and we were ordering food and the guy was like well. You can only order food to 630. OK it was 430. Acted like they couldn’t be bothered. The food choices for dinner were horrible. We were told that the one sushi restaurant was closed because it was their quiet season...

"it wasn't clear that there is no air conditioning. could have used some water and ice stations through out the resort (instead of calling twice a day to get water) other than that is was a very nice resort. relaxing was easy to do. bring plenty of mosquito spray and cortisone cream!"
