"Great stay, lovely hotel will definitely stay again "

"Access to this property is a challenge due to its city centre location and made worse by roadworks outside. Nearby parking also any issue. Newly refurbished rooms very badly laid out with small bathroom and WC positioned behind door with poor access. Large room with very small combined wardrobe/tea tray/ drawers etc. full length mirror with no table or shelf close by. "

"Be cautious of parking, an event used all of the parking available, if you have limited mobility then it may be a struggle "

"Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Staff were friendly. Breakfast had good choices. Central location, easy to find from the station and right next to venue I was going to. "

"The room was really noisy considering that the windows were shut and double glazed. The car park wasn’t easy to find and was further away than expected. The cold water could not be sourced from the bathroom sink as water was alway warm or hot despite running the tap in all positions. The shower head wouldn’t lock in place and had to hold the head whilst washing. The breakfast was plentiful but some items were lukewarm and the bacon was over cooked. "

"Pleasantly surprised by how great this hotel was for the price. Rooms are a good size, clean and have all the standard things to make a stay comfortable - towels, kettle, TV, heating/AC. Plenty to choose from if you want breakfast at a great price. We did find some things a little confusing. We ordered some toast and were told to help ourselves, however we were unsure if the price was for 1 or 2 slices as it didn't specify on the menu. Car parking token was validated at the end of the stay taking the cost of 24hr parking from £24 to £11. Would recommend and would definitely stay here again."
