"I paid a bit extra for the Privilege room and it was well worth it, I had a massive bed, a little table with a couple of armchairs, and a mini-fridge! The bathroom was lovely.
unfortunately one of the radiators in my room was stuck on but with the windows open and the fan blowing it was a comfortable temperature.
Although the swimming pool had quite a lot of bits floating in it, the Sauna was great and the rest of the spa facilities were brilliant. I had two treatments done during my stay and...

"The hotel its self is really modern and well presented but we had an issue with some sort of bug in our room/bed . Both my husband and myself were bitten quite a lot . The staff were really helpful and apologetic and were just waiting to hear back from them regarding this issue"
