"Ahmen at the main restaurant in the rotunda was amazing. Very attentive and courteous, also great with the kids. The hotel had lots of fund stuff to do at night and the food was amazing. Literally all of the staff were super kind and helpful, going above and beyond. Will definitely stay here again!"

"Non è un 5 stelle per gli standard europei, ma tutto sommato fa il suo. La struttura è vecchiotta e lo si nota soprattutto nel bagno. Camera spaziosa e pulita. Il personale non è stato molto gentile nell’accoglienza e abbiamo notato che criticava anche quanto davamo di mancia. Avevamo all inclusive e la cucina non è stata male, ripetitiva, ma tipico dei resort. Abbiamo apprezzato un angolo in cui lo chef cucinava sul momento carne e pesce. "Staff are lovely and helpful. Alcohol is pretty watered down but you can buy alcohol from the lobby if you want better option, or you can go to the shopping plaza across the street to buy it as well. Food is good, selection is limited but it is good. Lots of kids but not overwhelming. Room was clean. Wifi across the resort but sometimes it is slow. Bought an eSIM and it kicked in whenever there was a struggle with wifi being slow. "
