"Excellent location. Comfortable bed. Great shower and soaker bathtub. Sound proofing in the room is excellent — so quiet in the room! Only negative- for our unit the window is in close proximity to the building next door and the view was nonexistent-so we kept the drapes closed — but we didn’t spend much time in the room anyway. The pool is lovely and the heated stone chairs are nice relaxation. Only thing missing is a hot tub. We parked at Cheltham car park for 14£ a night- 9 min flat walk to...

"Great Location, Very clean and well maintained. Staff was great. We enjoyed a complimentary wine and cheese buffet, which was very nice. The rooms are purposefully very small but extremely well thought out and well appointed. "

"Rooms are small but adequate. Air conditioning good Staff were helpful but there was an obvious shortage of staff on at breakfast, food running out, machine new needing servicing and top ups. The shower curtain had some mould on it. One lift out of action so waiting times to get to 4th floor not good. Parking is overtly expensive at £19 a day"

"Fridge wasn't actually cold, jammed outer window that wouldn't close so there was consistent traffic noise from being next to major road. The fan/heater unit system is ancient, full of lint / dust and very ineffective -- particularly the heater setting (not very warm and would turn off after a couple of minutes). General cleanliness not great -- hairs etc in the bathroom, dirty carpet. There was also the most annoying buzz coming from various electronics in the room and the plug system to turn...

"Hotel used to be lovely. Now very tired. room had a layer of dust under furniture that looked like it hadn't been cleaned properly for years. Wifi didn't reach the room reliably and TV wasn't connected to aerial. The lounges are worn and they don't reserve some space for residents so you may not be able to use public areas unless you book them. Oh, and don't be a vegetarian."
