Cari Hotel di Somerset

"Great twin room, with a fantastic bathroom and very comfy beds. Our only disappointment was finding out the swim/sauna area was closed, despite us having a 2hr session booked for it."

"Great water pressure and a good sized shower stall - a blessing after some places I’ve stayed recently. WiFi in the room was essentially non-existent. Could barely get webpages to load. And the mobile reception was very poor as well. Caused issues."

"The room was very clean and roomy. I loved the tile shower and how hot the water was. The front desk staff was very helpful and cheerful. As were the people that cleaned up everyones breakfast dishes. The breakfast itself was really great with a selection of eggs, meat, mushrooms (that I loved) waffles, yougurt fruit and breads. I looked forward to it each morning. No idea about the parking since I took a train to Bath. It's also incredibly well situated to the city center."

"Love the Ingigo hotel, very cool hotel, friendly staff and great location."

"I really enjoyed my stay at The Gainsborough. You honestly couldn't ask for a better location. It's just a block from the square and an easy 10 min walk from Bath Spa train station, so getting around the city was effortless. The hotel was spotless, and the staff were friendly and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. The one small downside of being so central was some noise, though that was probably due to where my room was located. If you're a light sleeper, it may be worth requesting a...

"The staff could not have been more helpful, especially Gems & Immy. Nothing was too much trouble. Location is just out of the town, but with the bus stop at the end of the Hotel's drive it is easy to get to the city centre & or alternatively Ubers are very reasonable priced."

"A brief stay for work purposes. Nice large room, clean, good shower and fluffy towels. The bed mattress was a bit uncomfortable, would be better with a mattress topper. I didn’t have any meals so can’t comment."

"Lovely hotel. Walking distance to town. Spa enjoyable."

"Beautiful hotel, very grand decor, and smells amazing like a spa! Perfect location, right next to the cathedral and good for exploring the city. Very convenient parking underneath the hotel, with a cheaper rate for guests. I’ve seen a few bad reviews on the breakfast, but personally we had no issues, quite a standard hotel buffet breakfast that had everything we would want, no complaints. Served in the Miller and Carter restaurant onsite, very nice. We did have an issue with loud noise, as...

"Friendly staff"

"Disappointing stay, with poor soundproofing and an eye-watering bar bill. The walls are paper-thin, and I could hear practically everything throughout the night. I was eventually woken up at 5am by another guest using their toilet. Nobody expects complete silence in a hotel, but when you can hear that level of noise from neighbouring rooms, something clearly isn’t right. A decent night’s sleep should be the bare minimum. The bar wasn’t much better either. I ordered two drinks expecting to pay...

"Authentic charm and very comfortable surroundings. Our room was large, airy and impressive. Would thoroughly recommend."
