My accommodation experience here was wonderful. I felt very comfortable throughout the stay. The hotel team is extremely welcoming with great English proficiency. The one-day excursion to the Panda Base organized by the hotel exceeded my expectations. Breakfast offers a rich selection of food. What’s more, the hotel’s vegetarian restaurant serves incredibly delicious dishes. The guest rooms are tidy and hygienic, and the hotel features a gorgeous, charming environment. I would love to come back again.

My stay here exceeded all my expectations, and I felt extremely comfortable throughout the trip. The hotel staff are warm, welcoming and approachable. They communicate smoothly and possess excellent English skills, so international guests will have no trouble communicating. The hotel can arrange a one-day tour to the Giant Panda Breeding Research Base. The itinerary is well-organized and the experience is fantastic. The breakfast offers an extensive variety of choices. What surprised me most is the vegetarian restaurant inside the hotel. The dishes taste amazing and are highly recommended. The guest rooms are thoroughly cleaned and well maintained. The whole hotel boasts an elegant and beautiful environment with a tranquil Zen atmosphere. It is quiet and relaxing. The location is convenient for travelling, making it easy to visit scenic spots around the city. Overall, it is an excellent accommodation choice when visiting Chengdu, perfectly suitable for independent travellers and short trips. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Chengdu. I highly recommend it to all travellers!

One of the best hotels I've stayed in when weighing up price, facilities, staff, location and general experience. Every member of staff was polite, kind, engaged in conversation when necessary spoke very good English. Outside was clearly signposted with everything in English and clearly marked. It is located opposite the Wuhou Shrine with a good food street opposite. The hotel was quiet and neither of the rooms I booked smelled like smoke which is a common trait of Chinese hotel rooms. The bed was suitably soft and comfortable, the amenities were of decent quality including a disposable razor, toothbrushes, and a small vanity kit. There was a fridge in the room which was big enough to store drinks and fruit and snacks if I wanted. It had a selection of complimentary drinks in there which was a nice touch too. They would refill these each day or when requested. We were also given a complimentary cocktail token to exchange at the bar during our stay. The breakfast had a selection of Chinese dishes but also had some bread for toasting, pastries, cake, fresh fruit, yoghurt, milk, eggs, bacon and a few other things. The hotel is very close to a metro line 3 which takes you to the main shopping area. Overall, this is a hotel I would absolutely recommend. Staff, food, location, comfortability and value put it right up there for any western or Chinese visitor to chengdu.
