"Room was a lovely size and well decorated. Room was relatively clean, with the exception of a few dead bugs in the windows. Room service was slightly disappointing with some items not arriving, and no answer on the phone after to sort it. 10 calls and a voicemail. Breakfast was also disappointing, the cost of £18 per person was very steep especially with very little selection on offer. "Good communal area for children and staff were pleasant. However there was a very strong unpleasant smell thoughout the hotel and in the rooms. There was also large stains on the carpet in the hallways which were wet - we assume they had been recently cleaned. Breakfast was ok - however they had ran out off pastries when we attended at 9.30. Overall unlikely to stay again due to cleanliness/smell. "

"War ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer geräumig, ein nettes Zimmer typisch für eine Pension, deutlich mehr Charme als ein Hotelzimmer. Nicht ganz so toll der Teppich in Bad /WC, dafür aber der Besitzer super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Umgebung ist auch interessant, einige Museen und schöne Gegend, wenn man nur richtigen Jahreszeit dort ist und Zeit hat."

"What was uppermost from our stay was the friendliness and warmth of every single member of staff we met. The room itself was very clean and all our needs were met. The breakfast was well cooked, made to personal preference of selected ingredients eg way eggs cooked and of good proportion.
The property was also 10 mins at most walking distance from the town centre.
I have no critisism of my stay here."
