For most people Fiji means beaches and an exotic Pacific culture, but for us there were one very specific reason to come to Fiji. The Fiji Shark Dive.

Voted the worlds best dive by some of the most renowned divers around the world, the Fiji Shark Dive was by far the best dive we have done! We saw between 40 and 60 bull sharks and one of them even hit Mads on his head with its tail :-O

Though it's a bit pricey, you should definitely check it out if you're ever around Fiji!

"It is with heavy heart i leave 'Home'... aka Hideaway Resort and Spa in Coral Coast. From the moment,we arrived we were welcomed by the Porters... 'welcome Home'... and this phrase is used from Reception staff and Restaurant/Bar staff... Little they knew i lost my father 3 weeks ago and that by welcoming home, they touched my soul. We have stayed a numerous hotels in Fiji and some 5stars, however the hospitality we received here at Hideaway Resort and Spa was beyond the expectations. Kini, Miri, Tash, Peni, Taniela, Naomi, Amani, Sitari , Vala George... just to name a few were incredible humans. They made us feel at home, they left no stone unturned to make our family holiday one to remember for a life time.Accommodation was comfortable big rooms four us, 2 adults and 2 kids age 12 and 15. Daily room clean... thanks Miri you are a star. Clean beach and pool. Lots of activities organised by Activities Team, Thanks George you are one very talented person.Daily activities filled our days with excitement and we learnt how to cook chicken curry, tie a Sulu, tried roasted coconut, participated in games which had a price of free coffee, lucky me I love coffee. We had aqua dance, dinner shows and fire dance shows. Boat Fishing trip was easy to book via the activities teams, thanks Kini and Dan, you are both super stars.Taniela who sang us beautiful songs near the beach.
