Overall room is clean. Toilet got bidet. Next to 1 Utama Shopping Mall. Near MRT station. Parking is ok, free parking for hotel guests. Kind and friendly staff. Easy check-in and check-out.

Thank you to the staffs in Komune Living and Wellness. I have spent 9 days there and I had a good day. Our room was facing the park and sunrise. We had good view every morning and it energized us. The most advantages I have to say for staying there is the free parking and the available parking lots in that hotel. There is a 7 eleven just beside the hotel, make thing really convenient for us. The laundry room is also a big advantage so we can wash the cloths and the laundry room is clean too. I...

I had a relaxing and enjoyable stay in KL, with excellent service from the moment I arrived—friendly, attentive, and always helpful. The room was spotless, comfortable, and offered a superb view. The location is a big plus, within walking distance of Petaling Street and Chinatown, perfect for local food and bar hopping. I’d give this hotel a full 5 stars and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur—a definite must-stay!

Classic hotel, very spacious room n bathroom, clean, nice breakfast. Maybe need to put a photo frame in the room to make it more colorful and not dull, put fragrance to make it feels luxurious

We had an amazing staycation at W Kuala Lumpur, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The room design was absolutely stunning. Modern , stylish, and thoughtfully detailed. I especially loved the high-quality toiletries; you can really feel the luxury in every touchpoint. The breakfast spread deserves a special mention, generous, well curated, and delicious. We had a pleasant stay at the hotel over the Pokemon Crazy weekend. Was packed but staff were rather efficient at the check-in counter. All good

good, nice stay for 1 night, comfortable, hotel restaurant not that bad, staff nice and friendly, the private pool in the room is the best, we almost spend our time dipping in the pool.

Beautiful property. Could use some maintainance, especially the pool.

Overall about property is good. The only things that I less prefer are the traffic around this area are very packed on morning and evening. This property also lack parking facilities where we need to park at the shopping mall car park, which impose quite high parking fees, as it is seperated from the property.

Very spacious ground floor reception and comfy with lot of convenient to interact each other’s. Available lift for upstairs bedroom and the room or bed are just usual B&B with no further comment, some improvement need for bed cover sheet and wash room. Overall at good set up and keep going.

Food is beyond expectation. Ordered mee goreng mamak and cucur udang for room service. The order came in a nice big blue box. That was the first surprise. The second surprise was when my husband opens his mee goreng mamak, two big fried prawns were in it. And when I turned my cucur udang, I also discovered two big prawns in it. Worth every cent of the money we paid for it. And breakfast was superb. A lot of extra menu that I have never found in other hotels. Great hotel :)
