Seine-et-Marne Luxury Hotels

"Awesome hotel right next to the RER station. It was very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and it was nice to have an affordable casual restaurant to eat at after being out and about all day. The welcome drinks were a nice touch! My only complaint is there isn’t much soundproofing. We were on the 1st floor and we could hear stomping well into the night. "

"We stayed on for one night at the beginning of April and two nights at the end. Both times we used the pool facility (great!!) At the end of the month (our two night stay), our room was very hot, 22° (no ac). We asked at the front desk and two women told me, the AC does not run in the room this time of year for environmental reasons, and offered to have a fan sent to the room. At check out, I asked which month they turn the ac on in the rooms? A different woman at the desk said “they are working right now”. And if there was a problem with our room we shouldn’t have notified the desk and they could have send a technician to fix it! When I told her what the other two woman had told me she said that was not correct and apologized! We ate at the buffet breakfast for both stays. It had great coffee and a good selection of food. However, the hot items are cold, even though they are in closed metal trays on hot plates. They need to turn the temp up on the burners. The bacon was sitting at 60° and the potato’s/eggs 30°. No where near warm enough and questionable as it would be the correct heat for safety standards. More fruit would be nice, we bought some in Paris for breakfast. We used the shuttle both trips, 1st time dropped at our terminal, 2nd time left at a drop point. The drop point was terrible, no elevator working and there was a lady with a walker! I would personally take a 13€ uber and get dropped at your terminal."

"Visited explorers back in 2019 for the first time and although it’s not the most fancy hotel it was clean, fresh and good for money but returning this year I was so disappointed! The hotel smells like a sweaty play zone you would take your kids too run around, the transfer bus takes forever and everyone is desperate for the bus it’s like the titanic! I have a 6 month baby and was feeding him while on the bus, and I had to tell someone can they stop pushing as I am holding a baby. Will not be returning only will stay at Disney on site now as we got taxis 3 times instead of the shuttle as it’s awful experience! Holidays are supposed to be relaxing this was chaos and I’ve been to Disney many times."

"My room was CLEAN!! A clean room is important to me, as my comfort is a priority. The hotel is off the beaten path, but everything you need is within 5-10 minutes. If your family is going to Disneyland, this is a perfect location. If you use the public bus, it can be a 15-20 minute ride, or a 5-7 minute ride with Bolt (Uber). I will definitely stay here again. "

"If you are looking to go to Disneyland Paris and are not staying on site this is a great hotel. Great location. Shopping centre just up the street. Nice restaurants and bars along the way. Just a 20 min walk to DLP which means you avoid all the rush for trains and cars after the fireworks if you want to. Rooms are sleek and modern inside. Underground parking is secure. Good value room in an a good location."
