"We stayed here for a short trip to Disneyland Paris. The free shuttle was the main reason we chose this hotel. The shuttles run at certain times and it takes around 10 minutes to get to and from the parks. Our sofa bed was not made up ready for our daughter when we arrived at the hotel but it was quickly resolved by calling reception. "Tired Hotel, they are planning to refurb but they should review their prices per night while they upgrade, room too small, aircon didn’t work. Pool area old, indoor pool changing area is confusing and hard to manage with kids. Location is great and close to the park, I stayed in a the new port bay couple of times, the sequoia definitely felt like a downgrade."

"Unfortunately the pool was closed when we arrived, but we weren't notified as we had hoped to go swimming before we could check-in. Only downside about this resort was the check-in time at 4pm, we didn't get confirmation from the front desk, so at 5:30pm I went back and asked, then they had a room ready. Plus, we requested a bed guard and there wasn't one. "

"It was poor right from the start. Room is basic and in a poor state, I wouldn’t say it was 4* at all. Mould round the rim of the bath and cleanliness was far from what it should have been. Breakfast was basic again and lacking in taste and variety. I was most upset about our last night. My little boy took a shower to be covered in dirty water. We went to explain to reception to be told it’s fine and just to run the water a little. The bath was covered in grim and dirt and no offer to clean it...

"Struttura dell’hotel molto carina, l’idea iniziale era ottima, family hotel di tutto rispetto. Peccato che la moquette dell’intero hotel da l’idea di non essere mai stata pulita, anche nelle camere. Colazione di bassa qualita, punto di vantaggio la piscina e la zona giochi. Prezzi extra come acqua e caffetteria al pari dei parchi disney."

"The hotel is exceptionally basic. To have a kettle and tea in our room we were told we would need to pay €30 extra, but this should be a basic amenity provided in all hotels. We were also only provided one thing pillow each. The air conditioning in our room was very low powered so it got very hot. At breakfast we found a lot of the mugs, cutlery and glasses were put out still dirty. "
