"The stay at the hotel was lovely breakfast had a good choice the only let down for me was the carpark. I question reception the evening before i left about how to pay for parking as we were leaving 6am, the ladies was friendly but said sometimes the tickets scan sometimes it doesn’t if not come into reception to pay at the desk. I asked if I could pay at the desk instead of risking it not working she said no try it first. So when we left I did as she said it didn’t work so had to come back into reception where another couple were checking out so took me 25 minutes to pay and therefore late to leave and a stressful journey to the LeShuttle due to there being congestion. Would have been a lot better if I could have left on time."

"We can’t really fault Ki Space. All staff we came across were amazing even at 12am in the morning! Breakfast staff were always friendly & any that we passed in the corridor. The room was immaculate each day which we appreciated after being at Disneyland all day. The shuttle was amazing, had to stand most times but that probably depends on the time you get it. Our children adored the birthday set up in our room, so lovely & the beds were SO comfy! Wish I could have slept more!! Would absolutely stay again if I was at Disney."

"Suite was dated and in need of some repairs. Clean and tidy. Refreshments replenished daily. Turn down service for sofa bed Tried room service on two occasions and could not get an answer. When checking with receptionist I had details correct they simply said ‘maybe they were busy with another guest’ Service in hotel bar for food was very slow Spa was ok. More lifts needed as we were constantly waiting on a lift. Would not stay again. Expensive and expected better service for the price."
