"I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The hotel was very dirty — the rugs looked like they had not been vacuumed in a long time, and overall cleanliness was poor. To make matters worse, there was a leak coming from the ceiling in my room. I called the front desk, and two staff members came to look at it and said they would check on the issue and come back, but nobody ever returned or followed up. "This is my second time staying at Bluebird Spa City. The property itself is great and the staff are very helpful. Parking is very convenient - right in front of the building. I booked the Micro Queen room but was given a King room for some reason. The room was at the top of the red stairwell so it was a bit noisy.
