"Com bastante antecedência nos informaram que ficaríamos em outro hotel da rede, fazendo um belo upgrade na nossa estadia. Ficamos no RQ Santiago. Todos os funcionários super bem educados e simpáticos. Nossa única reclamação é por conta de uma senhora funcionária do café da manhã, ela praticamente jogava os pratos na hora de repor a louça, gritava e era super ríspida com os hóspedes sem motivo algum. Demonstrava que não gosta de trabalhar nesta área. Outra questão são os banheiros, a banheira é...
