"Jhina was such a welcoming host and the rooms were so cozy! Perfect view for the NYE fireworks as well. We had to leave early in the morning and Jhina even premade our breakfast so we wouldn’t leave hungry. Would definitely recommend!"

"I arrived @Cozy Room during my first visit there and learned my booking had gone into the hotel's spam mail. Subsequently, there was no booking for me and no available rooms. However, Cozy Room immediately made it right-within 15 minutes they Ubered me, at their expense, to another hotel not too far away. "La amabilidad y la disposición para ayudar al cliente es lo más relevante. También, la ubicación a tres cuadras de la Plaza de Armas de Puno. Hay otro, el I, más cerca al lago. WiFi bueno. Pude utilizar la pc para mi trabajo, pero solo te imprimen gratis la tarjeta de embarque, no otros documentos. El desayuno compuesto del mate, pan, mantequilla, mermelada y huevitos revueltos.
